All books and other products will be shipped USPS media rate or USPS 1st class mail depending on the weight. All Bibles will be shipped by UPS, so if ordering books and Bibles at the same time, 2 shipping rates will be charged, one for the books with the USPS media rate and one for the Bibles with the UPS rate.There is no shipping charge for E-books as these can be download to your computer.

When will my order be shipped?
Provided the items on your order are in stock, your items will ship on the next business day. If there is a delay, we will send you an email letting you know when the items will ship. Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Once the item has shipped, you can access the tracking number by going to "Track Order" (in the bar toward the top of the home page) and typing in your order number (Note: there will be no tracking # for lighter weight items sent by 1st class mail). Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available.

All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges*.
We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges*, within 5 business days from the date the item is returned.
*Items damaged during shipment: Contact us within 5 business days (customersupport@biblestudybooksbyivy.com). We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a full refund, including shipping charges.
